Jill Forbes

Jill Forbes is an experienced professional with a strong background in client development and customer success across various organizations. Currently serving as Managing Director of Client Development at DCM Insights since April 2024, Jill focuses on enhancing client relationships through innovative programs. Prior to this role, Jill led customer success initiatives at FOUNT, where the emphasis was on improving Employee Experience Management. Jill's career includes significant positions at TI People, Challenger, Inc., and CEB (now Gartner), where expertise in sales and marketing effectiveness was developed. Jill holds an M.A. in Educational Counseling and Coaching from the University of Southern California and a B.A. in History from the University of Rhode Island.
