Célia Besançon has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Célia began their career as a Marketing Assistant intern at Société Générale in 2012 before moving to Ipsos as a Research Executive Assistant intern later that year. In 2013, they interned as an Assistant Brand Manager for DVD at SND Films - Groupe M6.
In 2014, Célia interned as an Assistant Brand Manager for Chocolate at Mondelēz International. Célia then transitioned to DIVIMOVE GmbH as a Social Media and Influencer Marketing Manager for France in 2015.
Afterwards, Célia joined adspree media in 2016 as a Sales and Business Development Manager. Célia was promoted to the role of Team Lead International Sales in 2017, where they oversaw successful campaigns for gaming publishers and brands.
In 2019, Célia moved to DCMN as an International Account Manager, responsible for accelerating the development of startups and pure players. Célia then became a Growth Strategist Manager in 2020 before being promoted to their current position as a Senior Growth Marketing Manager in 2022. At DCMN, they utilize a holistic and data-driven approach to drive business growth.

From 2008 to 2010, they attended IUT Robert SCHUMAN and obtained a Post-A-level business/DUT Techniques de commercialisation degree.
Following that, they studied from 2010 to 2011 at London Metropolitan University, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications.
Lastly, from 2011 to 2014, Célia attended Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management - IAE. During this time, they pursued their 2nd year Master's degree in Marketing and Brand Management.
In addition to their formal education, Célia obtained a certification from YouTube in July 2015.
