David Newman

David Newman is an experienced professional with a robust background in project management, sales, and leadership within the commercial window treatment and HVAC industries. Since February 2015, David has served as an Account Executive at DCO Commercial Floors, focusing on design, estimation, and project management, particularly in motorized window treatments and daylight harvesting education. Prior to this role, David was the President of Bartimaeus, Inc. for nearly 30 years, where responsibilities included managing a sales team and providing leadership to management staff. David's career also includes project management for high-rise HVAC construction projects at Air Systems Engineering and HVAC design work at SSOE Group. Educational qualifications include studies at The University of Toledo and Asbury University, and David currently serves on the board of NUDGE MINISTRIES.
