William Conley PE, CEM, LEED AP

William Conley has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. William Conley began their career at The Burns Group as a Mechanical Engineer and Staff Engineer II from 2000 to 2005. William Conley then worked at Miller-Remick LLC as a Project Manager and Lead Mechanical Engineer from 2005 to 2007. Following that, they gained entrepreneurial experience as a Franchisee and Owner of Saladworks, LLC from 2007 to 2013.

In 2009, William joined Concord Engineering Group as a Lead Mechanical Engineer, where they worked until 2015. During this time, they contributed to various projects as a key team member.

In 2015, William transitioned to Rowan University, serving as the Director of Energy and Plant Management and University Engineer until 2016. In this role, they oversaw energy efficiency and plant management initiatives within the university.

Since 2016, William has been working at DCO Energy, initially as an Engineering Manager and later as the Director of Engineering for Energy Efficiency. William Conley has been responsible for managing and leading engineering teams, focusing on enhancing energy efficiency across different projects.
