Paul Chaffey

Paul Chaffey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and advisory roles across various sectors. Currently serving as a Special Adviser and Studio Manager at Halogen since December 2021, Paul leads a department focused on systems innovation and systemic design while also providing consultancy on transformation, innovation, and digitalization for clients in both private and public sectors. From October 2013 to October 2021, Paul was the State Secretary at the Ministry of Local Government and Modernisation, working under several ministers during that time. Prior to that, Paul held significant positions, including CEO of Abelia and Director of Energy Solutions at Statoil, as well as serving as a Member of the Norwegian Parliament from 1989 to 1997. Paul holds a degree in Political Science and History from the University of Oslo.
