Heather Johnson

Heather Johnson is an experienced executive assistant currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the President of the Brokerage Division and EVP of Member Experience and Communities at Finseca since January 2023. Johnson has also held the role of Executive Assistant at NAILBA since February 2022 and has experience as an Executive Assistant and Assistant Producer at DCP Entertainment since April 2021. Previous roles include positions in hospitality at Ralph Lauren, Soho House & Co, and Hillstone Restaurant Group, as well as a brief stint as a freelance video producer for the Miss Arizona Scholarship Foundation. Johnson's career began in the marketing and client solutions department at Cox Media and included work at Legacy Golf Resort. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism and European History from Arizona State University, Johnson has developed a diverse skill set across various industries.
