Deanna Irizarry

Deanna Irizarry, CDR, currently serves as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Designed Conveyor Systems (DCS) since October 2025. Prior to this role, Deanna worked at Buffkin / Baker as a Senior Associate and Associate in Executive Search from September 2024 to October 2025, specializing in various sectors including Healthcare and Technology. From July 2021 to May 2022, Deanna led Talent Acquisition at Square, focusing on recruitment for Product Development, Risk, and Engineering teams. Deanna's experience also includes serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at General Mills, where campus hiring and management roles were a primary focus, and leading North American recruitment efforts at RB. Additionally, Deanna has held positions at Unilever and CapTech, where significant contributions were made to recruitment strategies and initiatives. Deanna began a career in human resources at SI International after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Spanish from Virginia Commonwealth University.
