John's experience also includes acting as the Global Organisation Development, Culture & Employer Branding Director at OKX and as a Global Team Performance Senior Consultant at Red Hat. Additionally, John worked as an APAC Leadership & Capability Development Senior Consultant, focusing on enhancing the potential of APAC talent. John holds a Graduate Diploma in Organisational Psychology from Aventis School of Management and completed a Fintech Foundation Course at CFTE.
