Carrie H. has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. 🌟Carrie served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at DCS Corp from January 2019 until present. In this role, Carrie is responsible for designing and maintaining the recruitment process, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and reducing recruitment costs. Prior to this, they were the Recruiting Manager at DCS Corp from April 2017 to January 2019, where they designed the selection matrix for recruitment channels and implemented best practices. 🌟Carrie also conducted job interviews for managerial positions.
