Karthik Dhagam, CSM®, is a seasoned systems engineering professional with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Engineer at DCS Corp since June 2023, Karthik focuses on supporting U.S. Department of Defense projects through model-based systems engineering and requirements management. Previous roles include System Development Lead at BorgWarner Inc., where Karthik collaborated on electronically controlled automotive drivetrain systems and integrated systems engineering methodologies, and Project Manager at Bosch, responsible for the execution of full vehicle development projects in the autonomous vehicle sector. Karthik's career also encompasses key positions at HARMAN International, Spirent Communications, and Motorola Mobility, highlighting expertise in requirements management, project leadership, and technical consulting.
