Paul Ccari has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2015, they started as a Park Operator and Customer Service representative at SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment. Paul then interned at Colegio de Contadores Publicos de Junin in 2017. Paul gained customer service experience again in 2017 as a Customer Service representative at Waldorf Astoria Park City.

In 2018, Paul joined the Programa Nacional de Innovación Agraria - PNIA as an Information Technology Staff member, responsible for adjusting and reprogramming projects. Later that year, they worked as a Front End Developer at PANDACMS, developing a CMS project from scratch and becoming a finalist at an international app tournament.

In 2019, Paul worked at Disnovo as a Front End Developer and UI/UX Designer, where they built an internal design system and developed UI components. Paul also developed HTML email templates, landing pages, and web apps.

In 2020, Paul joined EMURGO as a Front End Software Engineer, where they developed web and chrome extension apps, dApps, and crypto wallets using React. Paul also re-architected frontend applications and collaborated with cross-functional teams to optimize user flows and code.

Paul then worked at LogRocket in 2021 as a Technical Author, before joining dcSpark in 2022 as a Software Engineer. Additionally, they worked at Kaudal in 2022 as a Software Engineering Mentor.

Throughout their career, Paul has demonstrated skills in software engineering, frontend development, UI/UX design, and customer service.

Paul Ccari obtained a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Continental, where they studied from 2012 to 2017. Paul then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Digital Transformation and Technology from Cerem Global Business School from 2018 to 2020.

In addition to their formal education, Paul Ccari has also obtained several certifications. These include certifications in Blockchain & Web3 from Lemon Cash in October 2022, participation in React Summit Remote Edition 2021 organized by GitNation in April 2021, and certifications in various programming-related subjects such as ReactJs, JavaScript, Redux, NodeJS, ECMAScript 6+, and others from institutions like Frontend Masters, Platzi, OpenClassrooms, and Bedu. Paul also holds certifications in topics like Effective Time Management, Responsive Web Design, Algorithm Basics, Functional Programming JS, REST API, and Software Engineering Fundamentals.
