Cesar Trijselaar

Cesar Trijselaar currently serves as a Bestuursadviseur at DCTerra since January 2024. Previously, Cesar held multiple roles at Drenthe College, including Bestuurssecretaris and Programmamanager Kwaliteit- & Versnellingsagenda, where responsibilities included monitoring the progress of strategic agendas aimed at ensuring future-proof vocational education in a challenging regional context. Cesar has also contributed to various organizations, such as New Energy Coalition as Kwartiermaker RIF Gas 2.0 and Energy College as Coördinator. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Strategy & Leadership from AOG School of Management and a Bachelor of Human Resource Management from Hanze. Additionally, Cesar participated in networks such as Talent Web Groningen and YoungLink, focusing on the development of young professionals.
