Jorge Licon Saenz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jorge started their career as a Store Supervisor at Starbucks Coffee Mexico in 2006 and later pursued an internship in the wine and liquor category at CADENA COMERCIO OXXO SA DE CV. Jorge then worked as a Brand Assistant for Jägermeister & Smirnoff at Jose Cuervo, followed by serving as the Cuervo Tradicional Brand Coordinator. Jorge later joined British American Tobacco as a Camel Brand Manager and later took on the role of Sr. Commercial Manager. In 2016, they co-founded Maraca Cold Brew Coffee and led it as a Founding Partner. Jorge then joined La Haus in 2021 as the Head of Marketing and also worked as the Growth Marketing lead. Currently, Jorge is the Head of Marketing at DD360.
Jorge Licon Saenz obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Cerem Business School in 2023. In 2011, they completed a Diplomado in Trade Marketing at Tecnológico de Monterrey, and in 2010, they participated in a Verano Internacional program in Business Policy and Strategy, Global Enterprise Management at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. From 2005 to 2010, Jorge Licon Saenz studied English and Marketing as part of their LEM degree at Tecnológico de Monterrey. Jorge also holds additional certifications such as Curso Profesional de Scrum and Planeación y Medición de Campañas Digitales from Platzi.
