Karen Vargas

Karen Vargas is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in brand management and strategic communications. Currently serving as the Brand and Experience Lead at DDB Colombia since February 2024, Karen has also held the position of Director of Communications at Peppersoul Portal de Arte since January 2012. Previous roles include Account Director at Ariadna Communications Group and Integra Producción y Logística, as well as Senior Executive Account Manager at Agencia Milagros. Karen's career began at Schott Communities as a Communications Coordinator, progressing through various roles at notable agencies such as Publicis and Leo Burnett. Karen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Communication with a focus on Organizational Communication from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and completed bilingual high school education at Gimnasio Británico.
