Kelsey Weston has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Kelsey began their career as a Lifeguard and later became the Head Swim Coach at Pleasantview Recreation Association from 2009 to 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Project Management Intern at Epsilon. The following year, they interned at FCB Global. In 2016, they served as a Marketing Consultant at Creative Alternatives of New York and also held roles at Ogilvy & Mather as an Associate Digital Producer and a Digital Production Intern. In 2017, they worked as a Digital Strategist at Ogilvy & Mather. Kelsey then joined The Brooklyn Brothers in 2018 as a Senior Strategist. Since then, Kelsey has been with DDB Health, where they have held positions such as Senior Digital Strategist, VP of Engagement Strategy, and currently serves as the VP of Brand Experience.
Kelsey Weston completed their Bachelor's of Science degree in Advertising from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University from 2013 to 2016. During the same period, they also pursued a Bachelor's of Science degree in Marketing from the Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management. In 2014, Kelsey participated in a foreign study program at Instituto Internacional, focusing on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
In terms of certifications, Kelsey obtained the following: "Executive Presence: Tips for Women" from LinkedIn in May 2023, "Inclusive Mindset" from LinkedIn in April 2021, "Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" from Google in September 2019, "Content Marketing Certification" from HubSpot in January 2018, and "Inbound Marketing" from HubSpot Academy in December 2017. Kelsey also acquired proficiency in Microsoft Excel, although the institution and specific completion date are unknown.
