Nikita Desai

Nikita Desai has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Nikita started their career as an Executive in Graphic Design and Conceptualization at Dickenson Intellinetics Pvt Ltd in 2001. Nikita then worked as a Client Servicing Manager at Chronosphere in 2002 before joining Passi Publications as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director in 2003. At Passi Publications, they also served as the Head of Special Projects in 2004. In 2005, Nikita joined D'DECOR HOME FABRICS as the Senior Executive - Chief of Staff, where they played a pivotal role in executing daily and strategic initiatives. Nikita then took on the role of Lead - New Strategy and Business Excellence Head at D'DECOR, where they focused on business process re-engineering, automation, and transformation projects from 2008 to 2013. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President - Strategy & Business Excellence at D'DECOR, where they lead global expansion, digital-led transformation, and brand and marketing strategy.

Nikita Desai pursued their Bachelor of Commerce degree at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from 2000 to 2001. Nikita focused their studies on commerce/mba during this time.
