Keira Matthews

Keira Matthews is currently a Title Specialist, REPO & LA at DDI Technology. Prior to their current position, they worked as a Customer Service Representative II at Colonial Penn Life Insurance from September 2019 to July 2020. In this role, they were responsible for following all documented processes and workflows to enhance customer service and reduce customer effort and operating efficiency. Keira also has experience as a Lead Customer Service Representative at McDaniels Acura from June 2016 to March 2019, where they managed the customer base and provided top of the line customer service and product knowledge. Additionally, they have worked as a Claims Collector at Medical Services of America from March 2015 to May 2016 and as a Night Auditor at Candlewood Suites Hotels from December 2013 to March 2015, as well as Baymont By Wyndham from July 2011 to December 2013.

Keira Matthews completed their high school diploma at Hindu Dreher High School. Keira then went on to study mass communication/media studies at Johnson & Wales University, where they earned their bachelor's degree.
