Account Leader at DDM Marketing & Communications

Janelle Coffey has been in the marketing and communications industry since 1999. Janelle began their career as the Development and Public Relations Coordinator at Resthaven Care Community, where they were responsible for public relations and marketing efforts, as well as internal communications programs. From 2003 to 2006, they held the role of Communications Specialist at Big Dutchman, managing public relations, marketing, and advertising efforts in North and South America. Janelle then moved on to become the Sales & Promotions Manager at Crayon Interface, where they managed marketing and sales support for a software development firm. From 2007 to 2009, they were the Marketing Administrator at Tiara Yachts, responsible for customer relationship marketing. Janelle then joined Biggs|Gilmore as an Account Supervisor, before taking on the role of Director, Client Engagement at VML in 2014. Here, they led activities and services for a primarily digital advertising agency, and managed iconic Kellogg brands in the US and Canada. In 2015, Janelle was the Director of Client Engagement at The Image Group, and in 2020 they took on the role of Senior Marketing Specialist at Priority Health. Most recently, they are the Account Leader at ddm marketing + communications.

Janelle Coffey received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Literature, magna cum laude, from Hope College in 1999. Janelle also holds a certification in Email Marketing: Strategy and Optimization, obtained from LinkedIn in February 2023.
