Thomas Kraynik

Thomas Kraynik has a diverse work experience starting with their role as the Founder of DDM since 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Genpact from 2015 until 2020, where they served as a Team Lead Transitions and later as a Senior Financial Analyst. In these roles, Thomas was responsible for checking financial documents, managing complex activities related to invoices and payments, and communicating with suppliers. Thomas also completed an internship at the Ministerul Fondurilor Europene in 2015 and the Embassy of Romania in 2014, where they participated in conferences, analyzed data, and completed various online tasks.

Thomas Kraynik earned a Bachelor's degree in European Studies and International Relations from Babes-Bolyai University from 2012 to 2015. In 2014 to 2015, they pursued an Erasmus program in Western European Studies at the University of Warsaw. Following that, they completed a Master's degree in International Marketing and Economics at Academia de Studii Economice din București from 2015 to 2017.
