Francesco Masci

Francesco Masci is a Board Member at DDOR Novi Sad. Francesco was previously the Head of M&A at UnipolSai Assicurazioni Spa from September 2016 to February 2022. Prior to that, they were the Investment Banking Director, Financial Institutions Group at EQUITA SIM from May 2015 to June 2016.

Masci has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry. Francesco began their career as an equity analyst at Banca Commerciale Italiana in 1995. Francesco then moved to UBS Warburg in 1999 where they worked in the Equity Capital Markets department. In 2003, they joined Deutsche Bank as a Director in the Investment Banking division, working on M&A and ECM transactions.

In 2010, they joined Intesa Sanpaolo as Head of Corporate Finance & Investment Banking, where they were responsible for M&A, ECM and Debt Restructuring & Advisory. Francesco then moved to Mediobanca in 2012 as Co-Head of Investment Banking.

Masci has a degree in Economics from Università Bocconi.

Francesco Masci studied economics and finance at Università Bocconi and mathematics at Liceo Scientifico G. Galilei in Perugia. Francesco then completed their senior year of high school at Ellison High School.
