Kim McCullough

Kim McCullough, MBA, PLP, serves as the Director of Organizational Effectiveness at DDRC, where responsibilities include supervising 13 direct reports and overseeing human resource functions, strategic planning, and organizational administration. With a strong background in human resources, Kim excelled as the Manager of Human Resources at both DDRC and TransCanada Turbines, demonstrating expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and policy implementation. Currently pursuing an MBA in Organizational Development from Aston Business School, Kim also holds degrees in Occupational Health and Safety from the University of Alberta and Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources Management from Mount Royal University.
