Rich Doane

Rich Doane is currently working as a Project Manager at DDS Companies, where Rich manages a portfolio of projects in the Natural Gas industry. Prior to this, Rich held Project Manager positions at The Dow Company and Methuen Construction Company, Inc., where Rich was responsible for various construction projects. Rich also worked as an Assistant Project Manager at CIANBRO and as a Project Engineer at Kiewit. Rich began their career at TIC The Industrial Company in various roles such as Field/Project Engineer, Business Support Specialist, Estimating, and Training/Development. Rich also completed a college internship at TIC and worked as a Carpenter at Bob Bellanger Construction. Rich holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
