Juliette van de Bilt

Juliette van de Bilt is an experienced professional with a diverse background in mediation, project management, and leadership. Currently serving as an Adviseur inzetbaarheid at De Arbodienst since September 2019, Juliette previously worked as an uitvoerend projectmanager at Gemeente Breda and as a (pre)mediator for BSW Bedrijven, focusing on conflict resolution and client interactions. Additionally, Juliette held managerial roles in the Alfacheque initiative through Ateagroep and gained experience as an office manager at MTC Oosterhout. With entrepreneurial experience as a co-owner of both C1000 Philip van den Elshout vof and Keurslagerij Philip van den Elshout, Juliette also has a background in nursing from the Voormalig Pasteurziekenhuis. Juliette's education includes NLP practitioner certification and training in mediation and conflict management, alongside qualifications in nursing.
