Alex Pregnolato

Alex Pregnolato has over 20 years of experience in finance and operations. Alex currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer & Head of Transformation at De Beers Group. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Versace, where they were responsible for financial planning and analysis, budgeting, cash flow planning, and overseeing the accounting department.

Before their time at Versace, Alex served as the Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations at MCM Worldwide. Alex also worked as the CFO for mainland China at Elica, where they managed financial planning, mentored and developed direct reports, and negotiated purchasing deals.

Alex's earlier experience includes roles as the Chief Financial Officer at Bindi North America, Financial Controller at Prada USA, and Financial Analyst at Ferrero. Throughout their career, they have achieved notable accomplishments such as generating millions of dollars by selling aged inventory and seizing counterfeit merchandise.

Alex Pregnolato obtained their degree in Economics from Università degli Studi di Torino, where they studied from 1993 to 1998.
