Shobhana Prem

Shobhana Prem has work experience in various roles related to supply chain management. Shobhana started their career at Hillside Aluminium Limited as a Commercial Specialist from 2001 to 2006. Shobhana then moved to Exxaro Resources, where they worked as a Supply Chain Manager from 2012 to 2013 and later as a Supply Chain Sustainability Manager from 2014 to 2017. Currently, Shobhana is the Head of Supply Chain at De Beers Group, starting from 2017.

Shobhana Prem has a Master's Degree in Business Leadership from UNISA, which they completed from 2009 to 2011. In 2001, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. Shobhana also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Chemistry and Applied Chemistry from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, although the dates of their studies and completion are not provided.
