Julie Albers

Julie Albers is a Senior Associate and Lawyer (Advocaat) at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek since August 2019, previously holding the position of Associate at the same firm. Prior experience includes roles as an Editor at Caselex, Project Assistant at the Public Interest Litigation Project, and a Legal Intern at the United Nations Mechanism for International Criminal Tribunals. Internships also include the Embassy of the Netherlands in Tanzania. Education includes a Master of Laws in Public International Law - Human Rights and a Bachelor of Laws from Utrecht University, along with degrees from University College Utrecht and UC Santa Barbara. Julie has actively participated in various organizations, including serving as Editor-in-Chief for DuurzameStudent.nl and contributing to the Symposium Committee of Urios.
