PAIR Project
Melanie Gleason is a skilled attorney and educator with extensive experience in social justice and community organizing. Currently serving as the Pro Bono Involvement Coordinator and Staff Attorney at the PAIR Project since December 2021, Melanie has previously held roles such as Adjunct Instructor in Social Justice and Community Organizing at Prescott College, and Medical-Legal Partnership Attorney at Massachusetts General Hospital and Lawyers for Civil Rights. Melanie founded and directed multiple legal service phases across the U.S. at Attorney on the Move, and contributed to advocacy efforts at organizations including the Rainforest Action Network and MoveOn.org. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (JD) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Golden Gate University, a Master’s Degree in Special Education from California State University-Dominguez Hills, and a Bachelor of Science in Political Communication from The University of Texas at Austin.
