Tinne Pluym has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Tinne is currently working as a Business Architect/Analyst/Product Owner at De Cronos Groep since 2018. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Analyst at Belfius Insurance from 2016 to 2017.

Tinne Pluym obtained a degree in Business Architect with a focus on BPM and data modeling from the University of Antwerp in 2010. Prior to that, they completed a degree in Marketing from Karel de Grote-Hogeschool from 2002 to 2004. Tinne also holds a degree in T.E.W. (Economics) from the University of Antwerp, which they obtained from 1999 to 2002. Alongside their formal education, Tinne Pluym has obtained several certifications, including Test management & test coordination from Kluwer Opleidingen in October 2014, Prince 2 Foundation from Bizness Academy in November 2012, Business Architect from AIESEC UA (University of Antwerp) in November 2010, Bill of lading from Portilog in October 2008, and Scrum Product Owner PSPO I from Scrum.org in March 2015.
