Tinne Pluym

Tinne Pluym has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Tinne is currently working as a Business Architect/Analyst/Product Owner at De Cronos Groep since 2018. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Analyst at Belfius Insurance from 2016 to 2017.

From 2012 to 2016, Tinne worked at De Cronos Groep as a Business Architect/Analyst/Product Owner. Tinne gained experience in areas such as Fast Moving Consumer Goods, Insurance, Healthcare, Purchasing, Logistics, Marketing, and Sales. Tinne is skilled in roles such as business architect, functional analyst, product owner, and test coordinator. Their passion lies in bridging the gap between user and technical communities to successfully deliver projects and changes while meeting the goals, needs, and timing of stakeholders.

Before joining De Cronos Groep, Tinne worked briefly at Bru Textiles in a purchasing and logistics role in 2012. Prior to that, they worked as a Procurement professional at Fixmer - Lyfra in 2011 and as an Inside Sales representative at Philips Massive in 2010.

Their earlier experiences include roles in Sales and Procurement at Goetstouwers immobiliën in 2009, as an Executive Assistant General Cargo at BDP International Antwerpen in 2008, as a Marketing & Sales Manager at Blue Marlin China from 2006 to 2008, and as a Space Manager at A.S. Watson from 2005 to 2006.

Tinne Pluym obtained a degree in Business Architect with a focus on BPM and data modeling from the University of Antwerp in 2010. Prior to that, they completed a degree in Marketing from Karel de Grote-Hogeschool from 2002 to 2004. Tinne also holds a degree in T.E.W. (Economics) from the University of Antwerp, which they obtained from 1999 to 2002. Alongside their formal education, Tinne Pluym has obtained several certifications, including Test management & test coordination from Kluwer Opleidingen in October 2014, Prince 2 Foundation from Bizness Academy in November 2012, Business Architect from AIESEC UA (University of Antwerp) in November 2010, Bill of lading from Portilog in October 2008, and Scrum Product Owner PSPO I from Scrum.org in March 2015.
