Bas Panis

Bas Panis has extensive work experience in various customer service and operations management roles. Bas is currently working as the Head of Customer Operations at Energiebespaarders since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Projectmanager at Troostwijk Veilingen B.V. from January 2020 to October 2022. Before that, they served as the Manager Customer Service at Euro Pizza Products from December 2017 to January 2020. Bas also held the position of Head of Customer Care & Head of Dispatch at foodora from February 2016 to August 2017. In addition, Bas worked at LG Electronics Benelux as an Operations Manager contact center Benelux from September 2014 to December 2015 and as a Teammanager Benelux from October 2013 to August 2014. Bas started their career at Groupon, where they held the roles of Team Manager Klantenservice Groupon Benelux and Teamleader Customer Support from 2011 to 2013.

Bas Panis attended The New School for Information Services te Amsterdam from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in marketing en communicatie.
