Lead Software Architect at De Energiebespaarders

Carsten Grießmann began their work experience in 2013 as a Software Developer at ERT. Carsten then moved on to become a Software Developer at GeoSignum in 2015. Carsten also worked as a Teaching Assistant at TU Delft during the same year. In 2016, they became a Teaching Assistant at TU Delft again, this time with the additional role of Lead Software Architect at de Energiebespaarders.

Carsten Grießmann's education history begins in 2003 when they attended Armin-Knab Gymnasium, where they obtained their Abitur degree in an unspecified field of study in 2011. Afterward, Carsten enrolled in Delft University of Technology in 2011-2012 to study Aerospace Engineering. Carsten then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from 2012 to 2016 at the same university. During their bachelor's studies, in 2015-2016, Carsten also completed a minor in Spaceflight. Finally, they continued their academic journey at Delft University of Technology from 2017 to 2021, specializing in Computer Science and obtaining a Master of Science (MS) degree.

They believe that everyone should be able to effortlessly make his / her home energy-efficient. Through their platform they work together on a future in which energy waste is a thing of the past.Making your house energy-efficient is drastic and inconvenient. That's why a lot of people leave it alone. Sin! Both for the environment andyour wallet. But now an energy-efficient house is finally within reach. Two nerds from Delft have established an online platform that connects homeowners with local installers. They take the difficult work off your hands.Unnecessarily make complicated things about sustainability simple and accessible. That is what we stand for every morning. Founders Mark and Jeffry worked in the oil and gas sector and saw that many people find it difficult to save energy at home, although they would like to. Saving the environment and dealing with a finite amount of raw materials is finally really on the agenda and Energy Savers want to contribute to this.
