Raul Caruso

Raul Caruso is a Full Professor at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore since January 2011, where also held the positions of Associate Professor and Ricercatore (Assistant Professor). Additionally, Raul serves as the Director of the Centro europeo di scienze della pace, integrazione e cooperazione (CESPIC), which promotes interdisciplinary research in peace science. As the Editor in Chief of the journal Peace Economics, Peace Science and Public Policy since October 2007, Raul focuses on advancing the study of peace economics and conflict management. Previous roles include Director at Assobenefit, Executive Director of the Network of European Peace Scientists, and experience in external relations and communication. Educationally, Raul holds a PhD in Economics from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and an MSc from KU Leuven, among other qualifications in economics and international relations.
