Afnan Islam

Afnan Islam is an accomplished aerospace professional with significant experience in project and program management within the aviation industry. Currently serving as a Program Manager for Service Solutions at De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Limited, Afnan exceeded fiscal revenue targets and resolved a substantial backlog of service cases shortly after joining. Previous experience includes a role as a Project Management Consultant at OGARAJETS, where Afnan successfully led aircraft transactions and expanded the client base. Afnan also demonstrated technical leadership as an Aircraft Delivery Engineer at Embraer, overseeing the delivery of new aircraft and managing multi-million dollar purchase agreements. Early career experiences include work as a Geographic Information System Intern for the City of Vero Beach and as a Project Manager for a winglet design project at the Florida Institute of Technology. Afnan holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology.
