Jarno Gepraegs

Jarno Gepraegs is a Methods Engineer at De Havilland Aircraft of Canada Limited since May 2023, with a strong background in mechanical engineering and aerodynamics. Prior experience includes leadership roles in the University of Victoria Formula Motorsport as Aerodynamics and Composites System Lead, and involvement as a member in the same team. Engineering co-op experiences were gained at Charge Solar, Northwest Fabworks, and BC Transit, focusing on mechanical and manufacturing engineering. Participation in the UVic Technology Club involved collaborative development of an autonomous boat designed for Trans-Atlantic crossing. Jarno holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Victoria, completed in 2022, and graduated from Western Canada High School in 2017.
