Tjerk Feenstra

Tjerk Feenstra has extensive experience in the legal field, currently serving as a bedrijfsjurist at De Hooge Waerder Accountants since January 2013, where responsibilities include advising on corporate law, drafting agreements, conducting due diligence, and providing labor law advice. Prior experience includes a role as a legal advisor at Catch Legal, specializing in civil law matters related to construction, leasing, and labor law. Tjerk also worked as a secretary in the arbitration department at GIW/AIG, managing arbitration procedures and drafting arbitral awards in construction disputes. Earlier in the career, Tjerk held a legal advisor position at the Municipality of Amersfoort. Tjerk holds a master's degree in law from the University of Amsterdam.
