Els Van Hekesen

Els Van Hekesen has held several positions in the Human Resources field since 1996. Els began their career at Santrade Ltd as a Management Assistant in 1996. Els then moved to Sandvik Benelux B.V. in 1999, where they served as both HR Manager and Office Manager. In 2009, they joined Sakura Finetek Europe B.V. as Manager Human Resources EMEAI and Manager Personnel, Office & Quality EMEA. In 2017, they became HR Coordinator Servicedesk a.i. at Fivoor B.V. Els then moved to SABIC in 2019 as HR Business Partner a.i. Specialties. In 2020, they worked at FPC De Kijvelanden as Human Resources Advisor a.i. and at Wayland as HR-manager a.i. Els then joined IMC - International Mental Care as Administration & Quality Adviseur a.i. in 2021. Finally, in 2022 they began working at De Jong Verpakking BV as HR-businesspartner a.i. In addition to their HR roles, Els Van Hekesen has also been an Entrepreneur at DeBart since 2015.

Els Van Hekesen has a long and varied educational history. Els began their studies in 1973 at the Lichttorenschool, and continued in 1987 at ISW, where they completed NIMA A & B. In 2009, they completed a Post HBO at IBO Qualified Business School in Business Administration. In 2012, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at De Haagse Hogeschool / The Hague University of Applied Sciences in Bedrijfskunde MER. In 2007, they completed a Post-HBO at Sioo, interuniversitair centrum voor organisatie- en veranderkunde in Change. In 2020, they began studying Vinologie & Gastronomie at WTOL Academy, and is currently pursuing a degree in Vinoloog. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in TMA certified professional in 2013 from TMA and Deep Democracy Learning Pathway Level 1 Course from Deep Democracy - The Lewis Method.
