Marco P Serrano has extensive work experience, starting in 2001 as a Master Planner and Operations Coordinator at Sony Electronics. Marco P then moved to Honeywell Aerospace in 2005 as a Continuous Improvement Specialist. In 2007, they became the Supply Chain Director at PDC - A Brady Business. In 2016, they were promoted to Vice President Operations at SnackNation, and then to Senior Vice President Operations in 2019. In 2020, they moved to Caroo as Senior Vice President Operations. In 2021, they became Co-Founder of Farmfluence.co and VP Operations and Supply Chain at De La Calle.
Marco P Serrano obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial Engineering from CETYS Universidad between 1998 and 2001. In 2010, they obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification – Level I from Sony Electronics in September and a Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) from Sony Electronics in June.
