Arran MacKintosh

Arran Mackintosh is a seasoned banknote designer at De La Rue since January 2016, specializing in polymer substrate design, security features, and banknote print design. Key achievements include leading the design for a new banknote series for an African Central Bank and successfully transitioning from a Junior Banknote Designer role to lead designer on notable projects, such as the Guernsey Commemorative £20 and Mauritius 2000 Rupee banknotes. In addition to banknote design, Arran maintains a freelance design and illustration practice through Arran Mack Design since May 2010, and possesses prior experience in graphic design across various companies, contributing to branding, marketing materials, and publications. Arran holds a BA Hons First-Class degree in Illustration from the University of Portsmouth.
