Bhavani Subramanyam

Bhavani Subramanyam, PMP has over 23 years of work experience in various roles related to project delivery and management. Bhavani is currently working as a Senior Delivery Lead at De La Rue. Prior to this, Bhavani served as the Director of Project Delivery at WinWire Technologies Inc., where they were responsible for overseeing the success of key strategic accounts. Bhavani also held the position of Associate Director, Delivery, where they conducted frequent reviews with the delivery team to ensure customer success.

Before joining WinWire Technologies Inc., Bhavani worked as a Senior Manager at VMware, where they were responsible for leading the Professional Service India Delivery team. In this role, they developed and maintained project management methodologies, standards, and tools, and built effective relationships with key stakeholders.

Bhavani also has experience working at Hewlett Packard Enterprise as the Head of Delivery and Delivery Assurance for India, where they developed and maintained project management methodologies and standards. Bhavani has also worked at Wipro as a Delivery Manager and at CSG International as a Senior Project Manager.

Throughout their career, Bhavani has managed and implemented multiple projects successfully, with a focus on risk management, customer management, and team leadership. Bhavani has a strong background in project management and a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes.

Bhavani Subramanyam, PMP, obtained their education from Bangalore University and Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College. From 1996 to 1999, they pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Applications (MCA) from Bangalore University. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1996, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College.

In addition to their formal education, Bhavani Subramanyam has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In May 2009, they obtained the project management professional certification from the Project Management Institute. In May 2020, they obtained the Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from MSI International and the Project Management Essential Certified (PMEC) from Management Solutions International (MSI). Most recently, in September 2020, they obtained a certification in Body Language and Women at Work from LinkedIn.
