Carlo Orcio Martínez is an experienced Architect and educator with a robust background in architectural practice and instruction. Currently serving as an Architect at Arkspace Builders Corp. since February 2021 and as a Faculty Lecturer in the Architecture Program at De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde since August 2015, Carlo also holds a full-time position as an Architect for the City Government of Pasig since 2011. Roles within the local government include serving as Deputy Chief of the Architectural Office from July 2019 to 2022 and participating as a member of the Technical Working Group for Infrastructure of the Bids & Awards Committee. Carlo's expertise encompasses conceptual drawing and planning, project management, and advising on physical planning for the city. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Central Colleges of the Philippines and ongoing studies toward a Master of Science in Construction Management at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines.
