Charles Almonte Merioles

Engr. Charles Almonte M. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in information technology and management, currently serving as Director III for the Information Technology & Management Services at the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines since February 2019. In addition, Engr. Charles is a faculty member at De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, where the focus is on preparing emerging data analytics and data science professionals. Previous roles include CIO at Duty Free Philippines Corporation, Knowledge Management Solutions Lead at ADNOC Group, and Enterprise Architect/Consultant at thirdByte Corporation - Thailand. Engr. Charles has a robust background in data analytics, business intelligence, and strategic IT management, with a BSECE degree from Mapúa University.
