Reynaldo Villegas

Reynaldo Villegas has extensive experience in various roles related to Human Resources Management and Organizational Development. Reynaldo began their career in 2001 as an Assistant Professorial Lecturer and Facilitator in HR & OD at De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde. In this role, they taught undergraduate classes and facilitated classes in the field of Organizational Development for the School for Professional and Continuing Education. Reynaldo continued to teach at the university until 2014.

In 2014, Villegas joined H.M. Transport Group of Companies as the VP for HR-OD, a role they held until 2015.

From 2015 to 2018, Villegas worked as an HR-OD Consultant, Assistant Professor, and Training Consultant at United Power Systems Phils., Inc., De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, and Ascendens Asia Phils. In these roles, they provided consulting services in HR-OD, developed and revised curriculum, and delivered innovative learning opportunities to students.

In 2016, Villegas became the President & CEO of Ascendens Asia Philippines, where they served until 2020.

Most recently, in 2021, Villegas joined De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde as the Director of the Office of the President, Center for Institutional Planning.

Reynaldo Villegas obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business during the period of 2001-2005.
