Bill Rose

Bill Rose is an accomplished construction professional with extensive experience in business development and executive leadership. As the Owner of William Rose Construction, Bill has demonstrated a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Prior to this role, Bill served at De Mattei Construction since September 2000, where responsibilities included Director of Business Development and Executive Vice President. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from California State University, Chico, obtained between 1972 and 1976.
