Michelle Dornfeld

Michelle Mills Dornfeld is an experienced professional in business development and strategic planning, currently serving as the Director of Business Development at QuinStreet since October 2025. Prior to this role, Michelle held various leadership positions at Farmers Insurance, including Head of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships for Toggle Insurance, where Michelle contributed to the founding of the division and drove growth through strategic partnerships. Other significant roles at Farmers included Head of Strategic Planning and Execution, Head of Business Integration, Director of the Enterprise Program Management Office, and Senior Product Development Manager. Earlier in Michelle's career, experience was gained at Kaiser Permanente as a Senior Product Manager and Product Manager, and at Ormco Corporation in marketing and product management positions. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Molecular and Cell Biology from Northwestern University.
