Sandra Klijnhout is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles and organizations. Currently serving as Hoofd HRM, Kwaliteit & Opleidingen at SHT-THOON and as Human Resources Business Partner at Bilthoven Biologicals, Sandra also holds the position of Vicevoorzitter and member of the raad van toezicht at De Meerpaal. As Directeur of HRM Spectrum since 2006, significant contributions include interim HRM assignments and leading projects. Additional roles include independent chair of cao-overleg Technische Groothandel and strategic HR consultant at Woningstichting Putten. Sandra has also served as HR Manager at YALA and has been active in governance as voorzitter and member of the raad van toezicht at Stichting Ante. Educational qualifications include a degree in Arbeid & Organisatie Psychology from Radboud University and a Master of Learning and Development from TIAS, along with various postgraduate certifications in governance and mediation.
