Eileen Perry (Richards) MBE DL is the Owner and Managing Director of ER Recruitment Ltd since October 2013, specializing in executive and C-suite recruitment throughout the East Midlands. Eileen contributes her expertise as a Board Member and Co-Chair of Enterprising Women at East Midlands Chamber and serves as President of East Midlands Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, Eileen is a Board Member of Women on Boards CIC® and a Deputy Lieutenant of Leicestershire. Since November 2021, Eileen has held the position of Pro Vice-Chancellor at De Montfort University and previously served as Vice Chair and Board Trustee for Hope Against Cancer until July 2023. Eileen's background includes directorial experience at Clear Recruitment Ltd, with a focus on a wide array of recruitment sectors. Eileen holds CIPD qualifications in HR Practice.
