Sophie de Boeij

Sophie de Boeij has a wealth of experience in various HR roles, ranging from consultant to HR manager. Sophie has worked in companies such as The Chemours Company, Ricoh Europe SCM, and Ricoh Netherlands, where Sophie was responsible for HR strategy, career advising, recruitment, and employee development. Sophie has also received education in strategic HR management from Nyenrode Business University and NCOI Business School. Currently, Sophie is serving as a Lid raad van toezicht at De Nassau.
