Fabrizio Occhioni

Fabrizio Occhioni is a seasoned professional in financial risk management with extensive experience in credit risk supervision and modeling. Currently serving as a JST representative for EBA Stress Tests at the European Central Bank since February 2025, and as a Supervisor in credit risk and modeling at De Nederlandsche Bank since May 2022, Fabrizio oversees critical aspects of credit risk frameworks and SREP exercises. Previously, roles at ING Nederland involved leadership in model redevelopment and reporting in business lending, while earlier experiences at Lloyds Bank NL and KPMG Italy focused on credit risk modeling and regulatory support. Fabrizio's educational background includes a Master's degree in Insurance & Risk Management from MIB Trieste School of Management and a Master's degree in Economics from Università di Siena, complemented by a visiting study at the University of Oxford.
