Tobias Hakkaart

Tobias Hakkaart is currently serving as a Policy Advisor on Collateral Services at De Nederlandsche Bank since November 2023. Prior to this role, Tobias worked as a Financial Assistant at Cloud 9 Music from February 2023 to November 2023 and as an Advisor for Daily Contacts at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. from November 2021 to January 2023. Experience also includes a position as a Student Intern at HackDefense from September 2020 to July 2021 and an internship at DutchSec from September 2019 to January 2020. Tobias Hakkaart holds a Master's degree in Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Amsterdam (September 2021 - July 2023) and a Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security Technology from The Hague University of Applied Sciences (2017 - 2021).
