Linda Geerlings

Linda Geerlings has extensive experience in quality management and human resources within the educational sector. Currently serving as a Policy Officer for Quality and Expertise at De Onderwijsspecialisten since June 2008, Linda supports school management in implementing quality care and knowledge management while developing strategic policies. Previously, Linda held the position of Head of HR, advising management on various HR-related matters. Additional experience includes roles as a Policy Officer at ABS/DeRadar and as an HR Officer at Mariendael and Impuls, alongside volunteer campaigning for GroenLinks-PvdA. Linda has also served on the Board of PvdA Arnhem, where responsibilities included recruitment and the development of new member activation programs. An educational background includes a Master's degree in Sociology from the University of Amsterdam, complemented by various professional certifications and training in management and quality systems.
