Lacey Gillet

Lacey Gillet, PHR, is a seasoned professional in human resources and administrative support with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at GTD Go The Distance and a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager at Fora Health Treatment & Recovery, Lacey has also established a successful artistic venture as the Owner/artist of At Last Art & Design. Lacey's previous experience includes leadership positions such as Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Accessibility Director at the Association of Legal Administrators - Oregon and Manager of Administrative Support at Stoel Rives LLP, where key accomplishments included developing a five-year staffing strategy and implementing diversity-focused hiring practices. Lacey holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources Management from Portland State University, along with two associate degrees in Human Resources Management and Paralegal Studies.
